I am so happy with Hank’s Service. Bobby and Thomas did a great job fixing air conditioning repairs. They were courteous and prompt. They got the job done quickly and explained everything. I have used Hank’s before and will use them again.

On a recent Sunday, our AC stopped working. I put a call into Hank’s that evening, and service tech Mike was at our house before lunch the next day. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and most importantly, capable. He immediately assessed the problem and got right to fixing it. When he discovered a difficulty beyond his initial diagnosis, he repaired that as well. Not only did Mike give me great confidence that he knew what he was doing, he also helped to explain the problem and solution in terms that I could actually understand (which were fairly elementary terms). Mike (and Hank’s by extension) did a great job, and he will definitely use them again.

Called after hours and they immediately came out as we had no heat. They tried to work with us and it was immediately obvious that the older unit was not worth repairing. They worked with us to get a new unit immediately. Professional installation and great people. They have always been immediately available when we have had issues and the new installation was just another example of great service.

We’ve depended on Hank’s Service for the last 10 years, including A/C installation, repairs, and added ducts. Their response has always been very quick, and the installation has gone smoothly. In a rare case when something broke down, they covered it under warranty. Five stars!

Raccoons got into my attic and tore up the AC/Heating ducts, and ruined the insulation. Hank’s crew (Bobby & Randy), to include Hank himself repaired the ducts, removed the old insulation and blew in new, better grade insulation. They approached their work with calm, quiet professionalism and competence. Hank’s even helped with the financing. Five stars for solid performance.

Hank’s came out diagnosed and replaced our leaking evaporator coil and had our house cooling by 12:00 noon. They’re courteous, professional, honest, and fair.

I called Hank on a Sunday. I had no A/C in 100 plus degree temps. It was an emergency. Hank himself came out and got my A/C up and running in no time. He did a quick check, knew immediately what it was and fixed it right there! He did some other things and described them to me as he went which I appreciated a lot. He also gave me good tips on care of our A/C unit in the home and out. The next Best thing (other than my A/C working) was he told me about their Maintenance program. Hank’s saved us! We have a commercial building, and one of the units went out. Hank’s was here the next morning and had us up and running in 45 minutes. We have 5 units and will be calling them again! Sarah

Yesterday our upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air, and the compressor wouldn’t kick on, we called Hanks Service this morning, and they were out by 10am – found the problem and checked our 2nd unit and discovered it was very close to the same issue, so we had them replace both, and our house is chilling just fine. They also gave us a quote for some additional work should we need it. Great guys, good service!
