Star Membership - Maintenance Plan
Have you considered having a dedicated HVAC service to ease the stresses of constantly looking for a technician? With our Star Membership, you don’t have to worry about who will be there for your maintenance needs!
For an annual fee of $250 for your first system and $100 for each additional system, you will receive the following services:
- Two scheduled pre-season calls per contract year
- 1 A/C inspection during February – May**
- One heat inspection during October – January**
- Filter changes at each call (Filter must be provided)
- 10% discount provided on all parts and labor for service calls
- Complete inspection for wear and weathering
- Flushing of the drains (Must provide 1-2 gallons of water)
- Prompt priority emergency service to planned Star Members
- Provided during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
**Scheduling maintenance past May 15th and January 15th may be subject to a service fee.
It is mandated by most manufacturers to have a maintenance plan to keep the warranty in good standing. The warranty may be voided if units are not properly maintained.
